Return and Refund Policy
Full service warranty replacement service to extend and enhance manufacturer warranties
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and accept returns of new, unused products within 30 days of shipment. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please follow the procedure below:
1. Email [email protected] to request a return.
2. We will provide you with return address and best way for you to return the product, and to obtain a return authorization.
3. Repack the item in the original packaging.
4. Return shipping costs are at your expense, and you are responsible for shipping damage for returned product.
5. If the item is returned within 30 days, in new and unused condition and in the original packaging, there will be a 100% refund.
6. Refunds will be credited using the same payment method as the original purchase.
